A walk
Yesterday was my last day off. I So I took the opportunity to do the cleaning of my apartment in full, which means, wash the floor, not just sweep ... Let me tell you it feels good and it smells clean here!
Once finished cleaning, I went to get some air. I left home and walked to the Avenue du Mont-Royal, before turning on Christopher Columbus to get to Parc Lafontaine. I crossed the street to get Rachel in the park ... It was so quiet and beautiful, there were several people who took advantage of the joys of winter dragging on a little hill or skating on the pond. It was beautiful to see.
After the turn of the pond, I continued on my way to Rue Cherrier Saint-Denis. The apartments on the rue Cherrier are so beautiful, it's crazy, they are full of color and are Victorian. It's like elsewhere.
Once on St-Denis, I went window shopping in some stores there on that street. There are several restaurants that looked interesting. I'll have to take back the names in notes in a notebook, because my memory fails me now.
Subsequently, I went up to Rachel Street to continue my way west and go up Clark Street. I noticed that when we walk on Rachel (well, the Rue Saint-Denis Clark Street), we have a beautiful view of the famous cross on Mount Royal along the route. So I had a thought for The Hermit and Silent Caro, although I do not know, I know they have a hard time and I hope for them that everything is settled quickly. I also had a thought for all those who are not well (illness, accident, dismissal, separation, loss of a loved one, etc..) Hoping that everything goes better for them in the near future. I also thanked the guy at the top for everything had done for me so far. Let's say I had time to think while walking and to empty. It gave me immense good.
Once returned to Clark Street, I wound up Avenue du Mont-Royal and went to a small grocery Provigo and then return home just in time for cocktails ... Yesterday was the last time I allowed myself to take one week since I was still on leave and spent it on a weeknight.
Starting today, I began to drink wine only on weekends. It is not part of my resolutions, but otherwise it I think it really easy when we live alone, take a small glass of wine while returning from work in preparing dinner. By cons, is the more calories it takes and at this rate, the bottle is empty so quickly, it takes more and more money is spent in doing so. Finally everything comes together ...
Once my drink and my supper was swallowed, I went downtown to see the big balls of light that are at the Quartier des Spectacles, Place des Arts. To admire them fully, you must spend next to each ball as they are all different sounds is magical and relaxing same time. After seeing the lights and walk on Ste-Catherine to Place Ville-Marie, to see the Christmas decorations still hung, I took the subway and I returned to my room quietly.
Once arrived home 21 to 30 pm, I had a headache. So I took two Tylenol and went to bed to wake me up at 6 am only 30 this morning ... I'm in great shape, because I slept my eight hours without waking ... I think it's almost a first since I'm in my apartment. I hope it will continue like that.
Anyway, I Quit talk to you and leave you because I must return to the reality of work this morning. Good day!
