WOW ... Finally, the ski season is well and truly begun! Yesterday was great! Well, we agree, it's still only the beginning of the season, but I was glad my shoes back on plastic boots and boards that go under them! Just the fact of feeling the snow under my skis, the feeling was extra, nothing less.
I'll still ski all season, but this winter I intend to try skating. I am located near the Parc Lafontaine in the Plateau Mont-Royal and a few metro stops from the Bonsecours Basin Skating Rink at the Old Port of Montreal ... I feel that my Saturdays are filled well! Ski during the day, once it is completed, a good supper and then skate evening with music at the rink in the Old Port of Montreal ... Anyway, we're there yet, but just thinking about it, I like it.
